ZenaDivo Advertising Terms
Effective date: September 30, 2026
These Advertising Terms apply when a business ("Advertiser") buys an advertising package on ZenaDivo. They are in addition to our Terms of Service and Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Separate from seller plans
Advertising packages are bought separately from seller plans. Buying advertising does not give you listings, a storefront or featured listings, and a seller plan does not include advertising.

Impression figures are estimates of maximum delivery, not guarantees. Actual impressions depend on how many people use ZenaDivo in the area and period you choose. Your advertiser analytics show actual delivery.
3. Labelling
Every ad is clearly labelled "Ad" or "Sponsored". We will not remove this label or present ads as user listings.
4. Review and approval
All ads are reviewed before they run. We may reject, pause or remove any ad at our discretion, including ads that break these Terms or our Community Guidelines. If we reject an ad before it runs, we refund the package in full. Placement position within an eligible area is decided by ZenaDivo administrators.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your ad content and landing pages. Your ads must:
- be truthful and not misleading, including about prices (the Competition Act requires advertised prices to include all mandatory fees other than sales taxes);
- identify your business;
- have all rights to the text, images, logos and trademarks used;
- comply with all laws, including CASL, privacy laws and provincial consumer protection laws; and
- not advertise anything on our Prohibited Items list, or regulated products (such as cannabis, alcohol, tobacco and vaping products, prescription drugs, weapons, gambling, financial products or health claims) without our prior written approval and proof of legal authority.
6. Term, renewal and cancellation
Packages run for one month and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the Account page or by emailing zenadivo.support@gmail.com; your ad stays live until the end of the paid month. Partial months are not refunded except as set out in our Billing Policy.
7. Licence
You grant ZenaDivo a licence to display, resize and format your ad content on the Service for the duration of your package, and to show examples of it in reports to you.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZenaDivo is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from ads, and our total liability for any advertising claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected month.
